I am about to put it all out there and share with everyone about my fitness goals. I will post what I am eating during the day and the exercises that I am doing during the week to drop the pounds. My goal is to drop 20 pounds the healthy and fun way…is there a fun way? Sure there is, I guess 🙂 I will post picture and weight updates as well. Hopefully we can encourage one another and be fit and healthy together.
